BLVCKSHIFT MEDIA – Shipping Information

1. Shipping Area
We deliver to customers within Germany and the member states of the European Union. There are no additional delivery restrictions.

2. Delivery Time
The total delivery time, consisting of processing and shipping, is:
Germany: 4 to 7 business days
European Union: 6 to 12 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany.

During periods of increased demand, in particular during product launches or sales promotions, delivery times may be extended.
If a product is unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will inform you without undue delay.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the delivery destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated in the shop.

4. Shipping Providers
Shipping is carried out via selected logistics providers, in particular DHL, UPS, or comparable providers.

5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number, provided that tracking is available.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

6. Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.

7. Delivery Issues and Liability
We are responsible for ensuring that the goods are delivered to you.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as disruptions in logistics or force majeure.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be required to bear the additional shipping costs for re delivery.

9. Partial Deliveries
We are entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as this is reasonable for the customer.
