2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
We may accept your offer by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods within a reasonable period.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include applicable statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery is made within Germany and the European Union.
Delivery times are specified in our Shipping Information.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay.
Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable.
5. Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty (Defects Liability)
The statutory warranty rights apply.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for:
- intent and gross negligence
- injury to life, body, or health
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
Statutory liability under applicable product liability laws remains unaffected.
10. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer, mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
